Do I have to register?

The first time you order with us you will need to register. This allows us to make ordering and delivery of your tasty Foodie Packs a seamless process with all your details sent straight to our factory. This will save you time not having to re-enter all your details for future orders. We will need your name, delivery address, a contact telephone number and your email address to send order/payment confirmation. You can be certain that we will not share your information with anyone.

What areas do you deliver to and when will my Foodie Packs be delivered to my home?

We currently only deliver to the Sydney area and specifically to the postcodes within the range 2000 - 2234. For all orders placed prior to 1pm Thursdays, your Foodie Packs will be delivered between 2pm and 8pm on the Sunday of that same week. Our cut off times are very strict and you will have to wait until the following weeks delivery if you order after 1pm on Thursdays.

Do I need to be home to receive my delivery?

No, you do not need to be home to receive your delivery. Simply leave us your delivery instructions when checking out, and we will leave your box either on your doorstep, or where you specify. All deliveries are made in Styrofoam Boxes and include chiller packs to keep your Foodie Packs cold for up to 6 hours.

How does the food stay fresh?

We use an air tight sealing technique to make sure that the pre-prepared cut fresh fruit and vegetables remain fresh until consumption by the use by date. The sandwiches are also sealed in an airtight chamber which keeps them soft and fresh for up to 5 days while refrigerated. The Sushi has a shelf life of 2 days post delivery and uses the same airtight chamber to keep it fresh and tasty.

Where can I buy Foodie Packs?

Foodie Packs can be bought at selected Woolworths stores & ordered online through our website for home delivered. Our home delivery is once a week for all your weekly packs and will arrive on a Sunday afternoon for all orders placed by 1pm the preceding Thursday.

What does the 100% ‘Quality’ Satisfaction Guarantee mean?

At Foodie Packs we stand by the quality of our produce and the people who look after it. Our fresh fruit & veg buyers and our sandwich bakers are some of the best in the business; that’s why we hired them. They have an incredible wealth of knowledge when it comes to fresh fruit & vegetables and sandwich production. They know how to select the best produce that’s in season, what’s ripe, what’s in peak condition and ready for you to eat, and they take the quality of our produce very seriously. So, if you, are not 100% satisfied with the quality of the fresh fruit & vegetables or the sandwich that arrives in your Foodie Pack delivery, we’ll replace or refund the pack. Simple.

Why do I have to pay a deposit for the box?

The $5 fee for the box is a completely refundable deposit which acts as a security guarantee that you will not throw out our Foodie Packs Styrofoam Box nor ice-pack and that they will be returned to us following your final order. When you decide that you no longer wish to make any further orders of Foodie Packs, we will arrange a suitable time for the box to be collected and you will be refunded the deposit.

Is the packaging BPA Free and recyclable?

All Foodie Packs packaging is entirely BPA free. It is also recyclable and reusable for children's school projects. We will also supply dedicated recycling bins for Foodie Packs to any Schools who wish to have them. We are committed to ensuring an environmentally friendly service.

Are the Foodie Packs microwavable?

The meals trays are not microwaveable. Meals are created to be eaten in the classroom or on the go in the playground as all components of the Foodie Packs are separately sealed and entirely portable.

Do I need to keep the Styrofoam Box and Icepack?

Yes, you will need to retain the Styrofoam box, until your next delivery of Foodie Packs at which time our delivery driver will swap your old box for a new one. If you do not intend to order anymore Foodie Packs please email us that you would like us to pick up the box.
